I had this cheery upbeat post planned in my head about my comeback to Asia, this time as an employee on a cruiseship, merely 9 months after returning from the initial trip. But life always throws you curveballs at the most unexpected time and I received some heavy news late last night amidst packing which changed everything internally.
Alas life externally goes on, and so armed with 6 different types of currency and more shoes than I had ever brought on a trip, over the next few months I will try to chronicle life onboard and well, let time sort out several things on its own.
I will still leave this on a slightly lighter note with some snaps from one of my favourite winters in Vancouver, culminating with skiing consecutively everyday for the last week. Thanks to all who took the time to cram in adventures with me these final few days.
Off to Korea I go!
